Did you see Jan Bilton's recipe in Thursday's (17 June 2010) Manawatu Standard for Tayberry Sauce. She'd been visiting Adelaide and had tasted it in a restaurant there. You can buy the tayberry jam in the recipe so that you can create your own Tayberry Sauce from Martinborough Manner. Buy it from Bill at the Farmers Market on Sunday.
